Order not delivered
Ordered at Makro 30 November to date a part of my order is still not delivered. I logged a call with reference 20N2F and was promised that my order would be delivered today. Sure the delivery person came only to say the order wasn't loaded in his car and he didnt have it. Disappointment doesnt even begin to describe how i feel currently

This order should be prioritised since its long overdue. The time i spent following up including the airtime following up with customer care who are not offering any assistance , no one is willing to explain the reason for delay or commit to a date of delivery. All of this is ridiculous
