Order not being delivered

Hi I placed an order online last week Sunday... received a call on Friday that some goods were out of stock and they would refund me on those items... when I call to ask when my delivery will take place the customer service is so poor rude customer service more then one person .. then they keep telling me they will contact the store and call me back I have heard nothing from them... no help at all...
