Order no MMak*** The worse service I have ever received

Makro online service is the worst. I placed my order on the 28th of August. I bought 4 plates and 4 side plates Only plates were delivered on the 29th of August. I am still waiting for side plates I have called Makro 6 times now and I learnt today that my side plate delivery that was meant to arrive on Sunday is now cancelled Makro, online services should not be this difficult, rather don't offer the service
