I ordered stuff from makro .they only delivered half of my stuff..now they say everything has been delivered because someone signed for it?

I only received one box with 2x six pack of coke and spearmint sweets

I phone every day and every day the just put me on hold again,and say to need to investigate.
Absolutely NO response
Everytime i phone I speak to a different person and we start all over again
