Order missing

I ordered online on Friday. I go into the system yesterday they say my order is out for delivery but waited the whole day. This morning its showing it was delivered to Zurina. I dont know Zurina and at my work place there is no Zurina. I need my stuff ASAP as i am travelling to eastern cape but im told to wait 24-48 hours. whats the point of buying online
