Order Messed up, No Refund, No Help-Extremely Fustrated

The level of service at Makro is absolutely appalling I placed an order on the 31st of March for a bottle of Henessy VSOP, only to receive the wrong item on delivery day, April 3rd I immediately arranged a for a return that same day expecting at least a basic level of efficiency instead the collection only happened on April 10th a full week later. Today is the 18th and I'm still waiting on my refus. No updates no follow up emails nothing.Their whatsapp support is an absolute disgrace slow unhelpful and clearly not trained to resolve issues effectively I've had to chase them constantly just to get the bare minimum of information. At this point I just want my money back.The service is not a company I can trust with my money or time I will never order from them again and I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their online platform
