ORDER MESSED UP

I ordered bags in the beginning of December and I received my order which was completely incorrect - I received payslips!! When I phoned them I was told they will arrange everything and I will receive my correct order shortly. After no more communication from them I phoned again and was told to first log a return but the courier can only assist next week to collect. After that I will have to wait another couple of days before getting my correct stock. Being December my company is closing and the stock will then surely not be here in time, which means I will only have it in January. That is very poor, I did not mess up, Makro did but now I have to pay the price because they cannot make a plan and deliver my correct stock on time. NEVER EVER BUY ONLINE FROM MAKRO!!!
