Order MAK472059 and Mbali Makhanya

It's been almost 4 weeks since I placed my order and are yet to receive it. The way Makro has been handling this mess is unacceptable. My main reason for placing my order was so that I could use it on Christmas day. It doesn't look like this is going to happen now.
