Order MAK*** Still Not Delivered

Good day,

I placed order MAK*** on Tuesday, 21 January 2025. On Wednesday, 22 January, I received sms and email confirmation that this order will be delivered on Thursday, 23 January.

However, as of Monday, 27 January, this order has still not yet been delivered. I called the call centre last Friday, 24 January and today, Monday, and I am told that this order has still not yet been dispatched by the store. This is really frustrating and angering considering that some of the items on this order were needed over the past week and I ended up having to spend extra money.

May I please get an affirmative response as to what is happening with my order and when will it be delivered!
