Order MAK*** NOT DELIVERED FOR ALMOST 1 MONTH
Delivered parcel never received!!!
27 November 2019 at 07:00 I paid for 2 x Raleigh MTB No feedback or progress updates until 12 December 2019 at 11:18 via sms "...order on its way..."
20 December 2019 at 08:30 order status delivered!!! How is the parcel delivered if I have been sitting all day at home waiting since 12 December 2019 when nobody bothered to contact me or arrange a time for delivery???
I DO NOT GET PAID TO CALL MAKRO EVERY WEEK SINCE I PAID FOR MY ORDER TO FOLLOW UP AND REQUEST FEEDBAC****
