Order MAK***: no delivery

We ordered a Bosch washing machine and paid, Sunday 11 June. Delivery was stated as the 15th of June.

We enquired about delivery on the 15th via email to ***, but heard nothing. Followed up on the email on the 16th, also no feedback.

Phoned Makro on the 15th as well and was told I would get feedback, but heard nothing.
