Order #MAK***

I've purchased a bycicle for my son on Monday, 28 October 2024, on the website. I've selected the Indtant EFT option, payment was made, but my order keeps on saying "awaiting payment". I've sent through the proof of payment numerous times, spoke to the call centre every day but without any assistance, they keep saying finance needs to allocate the payment. I expected the bycicle to have been delivered before Friday, 1 November 2024 as its my son's birthday but with the incompetence of the finance department to allocate the payment that won't happen!!
