ORDER MAK*** CANCELLED FOR THE LAST FRIGGING TIME!!!!!

I ordered something online that I cancelled the SAME DAY. I called your cancellation department AND received an email to say my cancellation was being processed AND I emailed confirmation, but yesterday I got messages the order is being packed. I went onto your WhatsApp line to report this and now I get a message to say the order is in transit. Makro, this will be the first and last time I order from you people online. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
