Placed an order last week Friday and a couple more days after. I've received all the others but not the one that I ordered first. It's been packed for 3 days now and I have not received any email feedback or update on the order.

What on God's earth would you said confirmation that the order is on its way when you're not even going to deliver? Still haven't received an order that I paid for because of your stupid selective courier service and customer service.
