Order issues over a month waiting!!!! PLEASE SORT THIS OUR MAKRO!
This is the second review I am writing now, as i'm UTTERLY frustrated!!!! I am so tired of hearing from several different customer service agents that they will follow up and get back to me to no avail. PLEASE Makro. I am waiting for our replacement on an item that arrived broken and was also the incorrect order. It was ordered a MONTH ago!!!! Our 2 year old is waiting for her birthday present from her granny that she got so excited arrived and had to send back with many tears.

Please get this sorted ASAP!
