Makro's service delivery is pathetic, I paid for my items on 22 Nov, still have not received.

Tried calling their contact center, regardless of the time they are always experiencing a high number of calls.

Tried emailing them, guess what they don't even bother to reply.

Makro's newest ratings on HelloPeter, are definitely spot on, their service delivery and customer service is pathetic

Thank you for the response. Could you inform me, how long more I would have to wait, seeing as I have been waiting since 22 November and today is 06 December. 14 days have lapsed and your online adverti*****t states that delivery should be completed within 2 - 5 days. I have been patient, all I want is the goods I have paid for.
