Order in "Packed and Ready for Collection/Delivery" status for 4 days and i still do not have what i ordered online

I placed an online order on the 29th Sep for delivery to Makro locker. They assigned the order to Woodmead and it had to be delivered to Allens Nek. The order has been in a "Packed and Ready for Collection/Delivery" status for 4 days and i still have not got what i ordered? If i had know it was going to take this long to deliver something from Woodmead to Allens Nek i would have collected it myself over the weekend! I queried this on twitter and was told they would get back to me ... i am still waiting for a response.
