Order for 2 days delayed by a week. Bad service

I ordered items for my birthday party thinking I'll get them before my birthday coz makro offers 2 day delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on the 5th. Until today on the 9th i haven't gotten any sms or email about my order. I had to call them 3 times starting from Tuesday and they **** that it'll be delivered the next day. Makro is big they should do better. My birthday was yesterday, couldn't enjoy coz my food items were stuck with Makro. Their whatsapp customer assistance said my items were delivered but i didn't receive them. This is a great disappointment. I emailed them jus now their email address says it's invalid. Are we sure Makro is still operating? Coz it seems as if there's no way to contact them now. We are being taken for granted
