Order Delayed, No Communication—Makro is a Mess!

Makro's online store is an absolute disaster! I placed an order on the 27th of August, 2024, and it STILL hasn't been delivered. Not only have I been left completely in the dark about my order status, but their customer service is a joke. I reached out on WhatsApp, where I was connected with someone named Nthabiseng, who did nothing but "escalate" my issue to the store. Since then, I haven't heard a single word back—no updates, no apologies, nothing!

This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. How does a company this big fail so miserably at something as basic as delivering an order and communicating with customers? This level of incompetence is beyond unacceptable. Makro has completely lost my trust, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid their online store at all costs.
