Order Delayed and No Update — Very Disappointe
I have placed my order online at makro on 1 October 2025 i bought two items ,one item is delivered but the other one still stucked on ready to ship while today (08 October)is the estimated delivery date worse part they are not saying anything about this matter

I am writing to express my concern regarding my return order. The return collection status shows that it was collected on 17 October, but in reality, the item was collected on 10 October.
At first, I was told that I would receive my refund on 28 October, but now I have been informed that it will only be processed on 06 November. This is very confusing and disappointing, as I have already been waiting for quite some time.
I kindly ask that you urgently review my case and provide clarity on the actual refund date. I am struggling without access to my money, and this delay is causing unnecessary stress.
Please prioritise this matter and get back to me as soon as possible.
