Order delay

I have been waiting for my order since the 2nd of Dec. Your call centre is the worst, rude agents. They just hang up on you out of the blue. I have been using my airtime everyday to get in contact with you but to no avail. I get different stories everyday, theres no stock, we changed our courier compnay, theres a backlog. I dont know what to do anymore . At this point I need a refund. Im fed up. Im never buying anything from makro again NEVER.
