Order Delay

I am utterly disappointed in the service I'm getting from Makro Online service, I purchased my order Monday morning the 2nd of December and I got communications that my order is " on its way "but my items are divided into two deliveries coming in two different dates which I also don't understand but the inconvenience of waiting for an order that is supposedly "on its way today" is really appalling,as it is messing up my schedule because now I had to cancel some of my personal things waiting for my order that was suppose to be delivered yesterday Friday 6th December
