Order delay

I placed an order and was advised delivery is between 12-13. I received part of my order yesterday and some this morning. I needed the chest freezer to take home today, the courier said the other order is on it's way today since morning. I cannot leave now waiting to take the freezer with me. I called the contact the helpdesk they said the order is still in store Makro Carnival. They provided me with direct number, no answer I have been calling the store over and over. If the time was not given I was not going to order now all plans have to wait due to this delay. I'm not happy, I need that order today.
