Order cancelled without my knowledge

I bought items for Black online and everything was processed and went through, 3 days after placing an order online and payment went I am told that I will not be getting my fridge.

When I placed an order everything was in stock. Now that I need to get my delivery tomorrow you telling me that stock is out. Had I not went to Makro Vaal to enquire about my order I was not going to know anything, instead I was going to be left in the dark. What frustrating me as well is that you will take 5-10 working days to process my cash back or credit Mt account, on the other hand I am loosing out on looking for an order elsewhere.

The special was ending today. Makro team needs to get me the fridge as per advertisment.

What is worse is that I went to the shop to make payment for the items and was told your system was out. I can't loose the deal as I need the staff for the new place.
