Order Cancelled Without My Knowledge
I placed an online order on the 7th of March and it was supposed to arrive today. Out of curiosity I went to my profile to see and the order was cancelled for no reason and without being informed or advised. On top of this, I haven't been refunded nor have I even even been sent any sort of confirmation that I will be refunded for my order. I think that service as such as really terrible.
