Order cancelled - they dont care

Ordering an item online and everything goes through! Now I get an email to say my order is cancelled due to no stock. BUT this item is ON THE WEBSITE, but at a higher price. Spoke to them on the phone and they 'cannot do anything about it'. PATHETIC MAKRO!!! The lady on the line was very unhelpful and extremely uninterested.
