order cancelled prior to delivery but was not cancelled

Makro has given me no joy. The order which I cancel was delivered without my consent and driver forced my 11 year old to sign for this order. I was told to lodge a return on the profile and the order is not appearing on my profile. 8 days passed without any help from Makro.
