Order cancelled by Makro 4 days after it was supposed to be collected
I order a bicycle for Christmas, was told it would arrive before Christmas. On the 28th of December, I get told there's no stock and I can expect a refund. I was told previously that a refund takes 14-21 days. I certainly won't be using Makro online in the future. I had a very disappointed 4 year old on Christmas day. Thanks for nothing Makro!
