Order Being Processed for over two weeks

I bought an item on Black Friday and selected the 'Collect In Store' (Woodmead) option. The item was still in stock by the time I placed the order and I made the payment which reflected immediately. I received communication that said my order was being processed. Ever since that day the order is still being processed. Why is it taking so long? And why is there no one communicating anything to me. I bought this item as a gift for a house warming I am attending this Friday! This is such an inconvenience cause now I have to go looking for another gift and cancel this one as it won't be ready for collection by Thursday.
