Order Awaiting Payment but Money Deducted from my Account

I made an online order from Makro on 21 March 2025. Money was deducted from my account, however, my order is still not processed. I have made numerous calls to Makro and even sent proof of payment emails to their customer care and there is been no movement. Currently, I do not know what is going on with my order. This is not acceptable. I'm highly disappointed in Makro. If I can't get my order, I want my money.
