Order at the Struben Valley Makro packed for the past 5days- order was placed more than a week ago.
My order has been packed at the store for 5days no updates from anyone. It’s only two items, why do I have to be the one struggling and making phone calls to follow up while the delay is in your end?

*** please do call asap to resolve this. I tried calling the driver that supposedly had delivered to find out where did he delivered (Charles) and he had just ignored the calls and WhatsApp text messages.

My biggest thing is that according to your systems the order has been delivered and I’m right here without the order I had already paid for,

I spoke to the driver that was was meant to deliver two days ago as per the sms notification I received and he says he has not even collected the order!
Why do you guys have to lie to me and say the order is a with the courier and it has been two days now, I’m leaving Joburg tomorrow the order has been with you for 2 weeks now.
Can you please tell me where my orde is so I can collect since you’re failing to deliver!
You asked for my contact number after the kids that my order has been delivered yet no one has even called to explain what transpired
