Order at Makro at your own risk for delivery!!!

I’m still waiting for the remainder of my undelivered goods from Makro Strubensvalley, a whole month later after having called, emailed and even lodged a complaint via this platform they are unbothered! They keep on promising to investigate and revert back to me. I don’t know what is there to investigate because I paid a month ago for my goods and they decided to deliver part of the things and not everything as ordered!!!
