During December 2023 I bought items that were on special Castle Lager and Corona Lager these had as advertised a cooler box and briquettes. Upon delivery the cooler box and briquettes were not delivered. I enquired about it to this day no response. It a sequel, December 2022 I bought groceries worth over R 2000 and on the 24 I get message they would be delivering them, until today I have been sent from pillar to post, no finality. I was promised forensic investigation 1 year later still a pipe dream. If it was not for the convenience of home delivery especially now that I’m older I would have found an alternative but none exists where I live.
I guess I’m stuck
