Opened package and not properly packed

After 2 weeks of waiting, I received my order. Only to discover that it was upside down and also opened by the couriers from the bottom and taped closed with their red tape. On the side that was supposed to be the top, it seemed someone also tried to open it. The worst thing was that the XBox console I ordered was alone in this large box and was sliding around inside. Only a single small square of bubble wrap lying on the side. It could have easily fall around in the box if over turned or get damaged. Luckily it wasn't damaged. I will give them a one star, as the online experience was not bad, just the packaging and their choice in courier partner that's not up to par.
