Only portion of order, delivered

I have been dealing with Makro for probably 10 years or more without any problems. The last couple of months things have turned sour. The last 3 orders I placed with them for liquor have been poorly managed in my opinion. It has now happened 3 times in succession that I order (And obviously pay for in advance) liquor and soft drinks Only the soft drinks are delivered. After complaining, the liquor is then belatedly delivered, This is beginning to look as if someone is taking a chance. No complaint - No delivery. This is becoming rather tiring. Today my order MAK*** of 27Feb was again delivered without the liquor component
