Only Part of Online Order Received, and shockingly bad customer service

After shopping online with Makro, I only received part of my order. Their courier compnay of choice, DPD Laser, also never asked me to sign any documentation upon delivery of half of my order. When I asked the driver where the rest of the order was, he hardly answered me, got in his vehicle and drove off. I've been following up with Makro since the 7th of April 2023 on an almost-daily basis to enquire as to the whereabouts of the rest of my order (which I had to pay for...) without any success. I either get put on hold, then get cut off, or get told the order has been escalated to Heaven alone only knows where, and not one single Makro employee were able to provide me with an update on the rest of my order. Also, from what I can tell, several employees said they can see on the system I am still waiting for the WHOLE order. Since I chose to be honest (and stupid, I guess), I corrected them, explaining what part of the order I received, and what part of the order I am still waiting for. I also told several Makro employees that I would like to bring the fact that the courier company never asked me to sign any documentation to their attention, and that I am in fact in possession of the Waybill documents, which I would imagine needs to be returned to (1) the courier company, and (2) the supplier, to prove that delivery had taken place, and the customer has received the order in full.

3 x Stonedale Cabernet Saugvignon Merlot
