Ordered 2 sets of items online with Makro. We then get the 1 set (which contains 2 items) but no feedback on the other set? Call in and we get a ticket number. Call again 3 days later after no feedback an wait forever on the phone.. Want quick service? Please whatsapp us on a number monitored by a bot that gives no clarity...
