Onlne Order
I made an online purchase on the 02/08/2023 the scheduled delivery was supposed to be within 7-10 working days, but since the purchase the order has not been received every time its due to for delivery I get sent an email stating the extension of the delivery, I have contacted the Makro call center ***on 17/10/2023 and requested to cancel the order and was promised the order would be cancelled and money refunded within 10 working days and a month later I have the order has not been cancelled and the money not refunded poor poor service from Makro
