Terrible Service. Bought a TV at Makro Online on Black Friday.

On Sunday afternoon I get a call on my cellphone they are at the gate and want a code to deliver? There was no one home to accept the delivery.

On Tuesday I had to call the call centre. They gave me a number of the delivery person and called them to say you need a code to come into the estate and do not deliver after 4pm as the domestic leaves and I will be home late. No delivery now today I call him to find out where is my order? Says he had returned it as he could not deliver on time. I check the status of the order and now its cancelled AND refund processed. I am fuming and the call center is not helpful at all.

When placing the order the invoice clearly says: "You will receive an SMS on your registered contact number *** from our courier partner before they deliver to ensure that you're available"

Makro is a joke using drivers from the side of the street to deliver your goods! DO not buy from the online store. Rather go in store and buy or buy from somewhere else. To save a buck they hiring drivers with their bakkies to make delivery then using own drivers or courier company. End result you dont get your goods!
