online shopping with missing items

I am writing this as a very angry client I bought some groceries online on the 26th of February and they were delivered on the 27 but some items were missing and on Saturday I called they gave me a reference number and they said the turn around time is 20hours but till today i did not receive my items i also advised that I received a wrong order, I have been calling the store for the past 2days no one is willing to help me, sent some emails but still with no luck I am been transferred to the wonder boom store as they said they are the ones who were responsible for my order but I cannot get through to their online department they just hang up on me. one of the consultants I spoke to at their head office who also just hanged up on me is Nqobile. I am so angry because the items that are missing are my essentials like bathing soap. I am really angry and ****ed
