Online shopping with Makro sucks
It has been 2 months since I ordered online from makro Strubensvalley. My order no is MAK***. I waited 2 weeks for my order to be delivered after I phoned them to enquire when I will receive it.
Some of the items were cancelled and a refund was due. I have submitted all the relevant information as requested ... twice. It is now 2 months later and I still have not received a refund.
Gordon phoned me over the past weekend and was supposed to call me back within 2 hours, needless to say, I am still waiting.
I requested them to please refund me, or send the cancelled items or send me a gift voucher for R221.80 please just do something.
