Online shopping terrible no delivery and incorrect items

I ordered from them online, for 5 days they have been telling me delivery is coming today and tomorrow, today and tomorrow, not nothing came. *********** really, and my order finally came, but they sent the wrong items, are they read llu so terrible in doing their job properly.
