Online shopping sucks

Today I canceled my online shopping (school snacks for kids for the month) because Makro sells lies about delivery date (2 days), its day 8 since order was placed. I was then told that I will have to wait 14 days for my money to be refunded. Refunded from where, abroad, because a bank payment takes a maximum of 2 days. Should I just tell my kids "oh sorry no snacks for you this month because I dont have it within my budget to just go buy again from a shop, thanks alot. I think Makro should get tips from @Takealot or even Temu, I receive my orders way quicker from them. I requested to speak to the manager but he was busy in a meeting, supposed to call me back, I guess thats also not happening. Makro please cease your online services it sucks!
