Online shopping refund... 4 weeks and counting
Further to my previous post a few weeks ago, I have yet to receive my refund from Makro!!!! This has been going on since 23 June 2019 - I have been waiting for my refund for 4 weeks (since 18 July).
When I phoned to follow up on 5 August (one of my many follow up phonecalls), I was told that a courier had been arranged a week before and I asked that someone phone me back that same day to confirm when the goods would be collected. As per usual, no phonecall!! I have phoned again today.... lets see what happens although I don't hold out much hope.
Makro.... you will never see me in your store ever again if you are giving things away. I am so disappointed. I have much better service from Kloppers.
