Online Shopping - Out of Stock for more than a week

I purchased items last week Wednesday (22/11/2017) and when selecting which store I would like to pick up my items from, it stated that there was stock for all of my items in the store. I have yet to receive my items and when I requested a substitute item, I was denied.

This is ridiculous
