Online shopping not for black people

Online shopping is the worst when it comes to service. I placed my order on the 28th of July, tracking it shows it was packed on the 29th today it is the 4th of August and it still shows packed. I love MAKRO however I believe online shopping is catering for rich people and rich areas not black population. I feel like I ordered cheap staff and this is why no one is making an urgency of this delivery. After all who is in a hurry for Mealie Meal, sugar and toilet paper.!!!!!
