Online shopping Inconvenience

bought online but on processing the system changed my address to whatever, when i called for assistance to change the address i was told its not possible to change the only thing is i can cancel my order and re Oder. okay no problem with that but the only inconvenience is i have to wait 7 to 14 days for my refund now my next question is the item will it still be on special by the time i receive my money. this need an upgrade either let customer change or have a team that can assist with order details amendments.
