ONLINE SHOPPING HORROR

Makro online shopping has seriously frustrated me, have been waiting for my goods to be delivered for a month now. They keep making empty promises that they will deliver but nothing, for goodness sake I paid for those goods to be delivered at home not to stay at the store, delivery was supposed to take 2 to 5 days now it's a month. Their call centre is useless they promise to come back but never do, whatsapp is the same. I just want a refund at this point,will buy from another store.
