Online shopping = False advertising

Hi<br> <br> I have seen your adds where you can order online, and then keep the goodies for free in a locker for collection. I was very excited about this offering. I also saw that the offer expires on 30 October 2015, therefore wanted to place my order today.<br> <br> I spent about 2 hours this morning, registering for online shopping, then adding products to my lists, comparing prices and tailoring the items to my needs. I then proceeded to the checkout, where only 8 of my 30 items pulled through (I finalised my order). At no point in time did I get an error message or indication why.<br> <br> When I called the call centre to enquire about this, I was told that grocery items does not form part of this offering as yet?? Nowhere is this indicated? So I've wasted time on something that cant be done? What a waste.. False advertising!!<br> <br> Really not impressed.<br> <br> Regards<br> Leana
