Online Shopping

They have no experience in doing online shopping and absolutely useless, specifically the Woodmead branch in Johannesburg. They sent my order to the incorrect address after I rectified 4 times with them and they still got it wrong on 4 separate days. Can you believe that none of their managers are reachable either, even their own support centre could not get hold of them. What should have been a courier parcel, I have to collect and spend R300 on fuel. Figure out how much more I need to pay for the item
